📖 Our verse for today is:
Psalm 107:1
Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!
For His mercy endures forever.
This verse is simple… but it is loaded with power.
The psalmist doesn’t say “give thanks when life is good.”
He says:
“Give thanks because GOD is good.”
Your circumstances shift.
Your emotions shift.
Your season shifts.
But God’s goodness?
Unchanging. Unshakeable. Unstoppable.
And then the verse goes deeper:
“For His mercy endures forever.”
Forever means yesterday, today, tomorrow…
and every moment He carried you when you didn’t even realize it.
Think about it:
You are here today because mercy didn’t give up on you.
Mercy protected you.
Mercy covered you.
Mercy guided you.
Mercy forgave you.
Mercy held you when everything around you was falling apart.
Gratitude strengthens faith because it forces your heart to remember:
“God has been faithful — and He will be faithful again.”
Let me ask you this:
Where have you seen God’s mercy show up in your life recently?
Repeat after me:
“Lord, thank You for Your goodness and Your mercy that never ends.
