Discipleship isn’t for the half-hearted.
Jesus didn’t say, “Follow Me when it’s easy.”
He said, “Take up your cross.”
That means surrendering comfort, pride, and control.
Following Jesus isn’t just believing in Him — it’s becoming like Him, even through suffering.
When faith costs you something, that’s when it becomes real.
Every “yes” to Jesus is a death to self,
and every death to self makes room for His resurrection power.
So ask yourself:
What’s my cross today?
And am I carrying it with joy, knowing He carried His for me?
