You are not without help.
You are not without hope.
Because the God who made heaven and earth
is your refuge and your strength.
He is not far away—He is here, right now,
your very present help in trouble.

Psalm 46:1
God is our refuge and strength,
A very present help in trouble.

This verse doesn’t say trouble won’t come—
it says when it does, God will be there.
He doesn’t wait for the storm to pass;
He steps right into it with you.
When fear rises, His peace stands taller.
When your strength runs out, His begins.
And when life shakes everything around you,
He stays unshaken.
So today, stop trying to fight every battle in your own power.
Run to the Refuge that never fails.
Run to the One who never leaves.
